Notary Fees
“MINIMUM CHARGE TO RESERVE SERVICE IS $20.00, WHICH IS $10.00 1ST SIGNATURE & $10.00 1ST STAMP."
A Notary Public is allowed to charge for each notarial act.
• Acknowledgments – $10.00
• Oaths or affirmations – $10.00
• Jurats – $10.00
• Protests – $10.00
• Copy Certifications – $10.00
• Solemnizing a Marriage – $30.00
• Verifying a VIN/Vehicle Transfer – $20.00
• Witness – $20.00
• Each Signature on Document – $10.00
• Each Initial on Document – $10.00
• Each Printed Name on Document – $10.00
• I-9 Forms (Physical) – $15.00
• Each signature notarized is a notarial act; each page that needs to be notarized is also a notarial act.
For immediate time-sensitive Notarizations, please call and ask. Per diem, travel, after hours fees will be applied.
• The travel fee is $15 for travel between
6 a.m. and 7 p.m. or $25 per hour for travel
between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Travel fee will be
itemized separately than notary fee and will
reflect on invoice.
Walk-ins are always welcome during our normal business hours and evening and weekend appointments can also be arranged.
